be transplanted readily and successfully and that will prosper
with appropriate care. If you are a retail buyer and purchase
a plant from us that fails within 90 days of receipt, you can choose
a credit or a one-time replacement (if available). Transportation,
labor, and shipping charges are not included. This guarantee
does not cover loss caused by neglect, predictable severe weather,
or animals nor does it apply to sale or discounted items.
